Gulfsands is an independent, public energy company, incorporated in the United Kingdom focused on growth in the Middle East and North Africa region
To redevelop the existing Gulfsands website and deploy a strategy to increase visibilty of engaging media coverage both on and offsite, and to develop a live ticker to calculate the value of lost Oil from the Syrian people which updates constantly and in real time on the website.

What I did
I travelled to hold a workshop with key decision makers within Gulfsands.
We brainstormed ideas and I made suggestions as to how we might best be able to build a solution that truly suited the ultimate goals of Gulfsands.
Following the meeting, we came up with a strategy and I got to work on the design.
One of the most complex aspects of the project was to develop a formula and build a ticker which could be viewed by anyone at any time in the world and they would all see the same figures, updated multiple times per second in real time.

As part of the brief, I created a Media Hub for Gulfsands to use to communicate current events within their industry. Take a look at the Media Hub.
The site also features multiple sections which allow Gulfsands to post Annual Rerports, Investor Publications and a multitude of other content.
